Daughtry brought their Dearly Beloved Tour to the Ballroom Casino in Hampton Beach, NH on August 31, 2022, and it was an amazing show. The crowd was packed with fans of all ages, and they were all singing along to every song.
Pop Evil opened the show with a high-energy set that got the crowd moving. They played a mix of their hits, including "Trenches," "Deal with the Devil," and "Footsteps in the Dark." The band was clearly having a great time on stage, and it was infectious.
After the crowd was pumped up, Daughtry took the stage. He opened with "Desperation," and the crowd went wild. Daughtry has one of the best voices in rock, and he sounded amazing live. He played a mix of songs from his entire career, including "Home," "Over You," and “Heavy Is The Crown."
Daughtry also took the time to connect with the crowd. He told stories about his life and his music and the late great Taylor Hawkins of the Foo Fighters and then proceeded to cover their 1997 smash “My Hero”. The show was a lot of fun, and it was clear that Daughtry loves what he does.
Overall, the Daughtry and Pop Evil concert in Hampton Beach was an impressive experience. The music was great, the crowd was pumped, and the energy was electric. If you have the chance to see either of these bands live, I highly recommend it.
